Easy Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Bheemtek (Bharat Hydraulics, Electronics And Equipments Manufacturing Company). Our EV chargers are built for reliability, but if you’re not completely happy with your order, you can return or replace it subject to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with intact original packaging, all accessories, tags, manuals, and documentation.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is required for all returns.
  • Return window: 10 days from the date of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items The following are generally non-returnable (except if defective, wrong, or damaged on arrival as per consumer law):

  • Items purchased during sales, flash deals, discount codes, Cash on Delivery (COD), or special offers (if specified).
  • Bulk orders (2+ units in a single order).
  • DC Chargers or heavy-duty/high-power chargers (check individual product page for specifics).
  • EV accessories or add-ons.
  • Products that have been used, powered on, installed, or show signs of tampering/misuse.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact our Customer Support Team within 10 days of receiving your order.

    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the product, packaging, and any issue (especially for defective/wrong claims)
  • Our team will review your request, provide guidance, and issue return authorization/instructions (e.g., pickup or self-ship details).

4. Shipping Returns

  • Bheemtek will bear the return shipping costs if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect/wrong item sent (verified after inspection).
  • For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), you may need to cover return shipping.
  • We recommend recording tracking details and courier agent information to avoid transit losses. Use a reliable service and keep proof of shipment.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3–7 days), we will email you to confirm approval or rejection of the refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (or bank transfer for COD) within 5–7 working days.
  • Deductions may apply for shipping (if applicable), restocking, or any value loss due to handling/use.

6. Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange for the same or a different available model (e.g., different voltage/amp), contact support with details.
  • Exchanges follow the same eligibility and process as returns.
  • We cover shipping for exchanges due to our error (wrong/defective item); otherwise, a handling fee may apply (contact support for exact details).

7. Misuse of Return Policy Our policy is for genuine product concerns only. We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, exchanges, or future service if we identify misuse, such as:

  • Frequent returns
  • Requests for complimentary items, extra discounts, or benefits as a condition
