Shipping
- Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after order confirmation and payment verification.
- Delivery Partners: We partner with trusted third-party courier services (such as Delhivery, DTDC, Shiprocket or similar reputed logistics providers) for safe and timely delivery across India.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, we send the tracking details via email (and WhatsApp if provided). Track your package in real-time using the provided link.
- Estimated Delivery:
- Within Delhi/NCR: 2–4 days
- Rest of India: 4–7 working days (may vary based on location and courier availability)
- Recommendation: Please provide a valid email and phone number during checkout for seamless updates and faster communication.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We offer COD across most parts of India for your convenience.
- To place a COD order:

- A small confirmation advance (typically ₹200–₹500, depending on order value) is required to secure and process your COD order. This helps prevent cancellations and ensures priority dispatch.
- Once the advance is received, we process and ship your order, sharing tracking details via email/WhatsApp.
- The remaining balance is paid in cash to the courier at delivery.
- Important: If you cancel a confirmed COD order after dispatch or refuse delivery without valid reason, the confirmation advance will be forfeited (non-refundable).
Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your Bheemtek charger. If you’re not happy (e.g., wrong model received, sizing/voltage mismatch, or other genuine reasons), we offer exchanges subject to the conditions below:
- Exchange Window: Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery (aligned with common Amazon practices for your products).
- Eligibility:
- Product must be unused, in original condition, with intact packaging, all accessories, manuals, and tags.
- Proof of purchase (order/invoice) is required.
- Exchange only for the same or different available model (subject to stock).
- Non-Exchangeable Items (except if defective/wrong as per law):
- Used or opened chargers (electronics once powered on/used).
- Bulk orders (2+ units).
- Products from sales, discount codes, or special offers (if specified).
- Custom or heavy-duty items like certain DC chargers (check product page).
- Exchange Process:

- Reason for exchange
- Photos of the product/packaging
- Our team reviews and approves, then provides exchange authorization and instructions (e.g., pickup or self-ship).

- Shipping Costs for Exchange:
- We cover two-way shipping if the issue is our fault (wrong item sent, defective on arrival).
- For other reasons (change of mind, wrong selection by customer): You bear the return shipping cost; we cover outbound shipping for the replacement. A handling/processing fee of ₹500–₹1,000 + GST (depending on product) may apply to cover logistics, inspection, and restocking.
- Note: Exchanges are subject to availability of the desired model. If unavailable, we may offer a refund instead (processed as per our Return Policy).
